Syracuse, N.Y. - Two People have been arrested in the killing of 12-year-old James Springer III, including a man already arrested and released.
Alberto Pinet was arraigned on second-degree murder, attempted murder,criminal solicitation and hindering prosecution charges today. Pinet was arrested shortly after the killing in October but released after a video showed him elsewhere at the time of the shooting. Police say they don't believe he was the shooter but that he was involved in the murder.
Police have also arrested Anthony Rodriguez on weapons possession and hindering in the case.
In November, police arrested Johanen (Joe Han En) Pizarro, and charged him with murder and attempted murder for the killing.
