Oneida , N.Y. - A Madison County man has been arrested a second time for impersonating a police officer.
Madison County Sheriff's say 22 year old Christopher DeFazio, was arrested after he posed as a deputy. A victim complained that DeFazio conducted a traffic stop on him by activating a siren in his vehicle. The victim pulled over, DeFazio told him he was an off-duty deputy.
A search warrant found several police items such as handcuffs, police clothing, a siren box with a microphone, speaker and PA system in Defazio's truck.
This is the second time this month he has been arrested impersonating an officer
