West Monroe, N.Y. - The man accused of beating two men to death last month in West Monroe was in court Monday night.
Mathew LeBoeuf is accused of savagely beating Michael Shane and Robert Diffin so severely that they died from their injuries. LeBoeuf's attorney asked for a mental health evaluation for her client and Oswego County DA Greg Oakes agreed.
The case is now heading to County County.
