Syracuse, N.Y. - Anthony Saccone will be back in court today in an effort to withdraw his guilty plea.
Saccone pleaded guilty in July to aggravated vehicular homicide and other charges. He accepted a plea deal for 10 to 30 years in prison. He had faced up to 25 years to life in prison.
Saccone, last month, said that he was coerced into pleading guilty to a February crash that resulted in the death of three current and former OCC Students. The crash claimed the lives of 19-year-old Baylie Rose, 18-year-old Michael Walker, and 20-year-old Samra Osmanovic
The judge in the case asked for written arguments and could issue a decision, today.
