Oswego Bartender Speaks Out After Gang Assault

An Oswego bartender is telling her story today after she was the victim of a brutal gang assault last summer captured on video.

Jennie Fullington was attacked by Daniel and Roberta Kidd and their son after she refused to serve them booze after closing time.  Jennie says she suffered some nasty injuries, including a broken nose, a concussion and whiplash. She'll have to have reconstructive surgery soon on her nose.

Fullington is outraged that charges have been reduced for the Kidd's by the DA's office. They originally faced gang assault charges but Fullington claims that Roberta Kidd is now only facing a Harassment count and her husband's charges have been reduced to Third Degree Assault.

Roberta Kidd is a teacher at the North Rose School District in Wayne county and Fullington says she's trying to get Kidd fired, but is facing resistance from the teachers union there.
