A Cayuga County couple have turned themselves in to Oswego County Sheriff Deputies after a brutal bar fight in Oswego last summer. Daniel and Roberta Kidd are accused of assaulting the female bartender at Malone's Irish Hideaway in July after she informed them they couldn't be served after 2 am.
Their son, 24 year old Dustyn Kidd, was also charged in the case.The bartender suffered some serious injuries and the couple but has since recovered. The couple has been charged with felony gang assault. They're scheduled to reappear in court in March for formal sentencing.
