Syracuse police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the city's Park Avenue neighborhood on Sunday night.
Jonathan Pitts, 33, of Syracuse, died after suffering a gunshot wound to the chest, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department.
