Classes Resume at Liverpool High School After Threat

Classes at Liverpool High School in Syracuse resumed today after a threat prompted an early dismissal on Thursday (January 15). The threat, which was found written on bathroom walls, led to the precautionary measure of sending students home early. After conducting interviews with several students, police determined that the threats were not credible.

According to a notice from the Liverpool Central School District, authorities were involved in the investigation, and the threat did not appear to be credible. As a precaution, support staff will be available at the school today for any students who wish to discuss the incident.

The school district remains committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its students and staff. In light of recent events, they continue to work closely with local law enforcement to address any potential threats and maintain a secure environment for learning.
