14-Year-Old Boy Recovering After Syracuse Shooting

A 14-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in Syracuse. Early Tuesday morning (December 16), police responded to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Frisbie Court. Upon arrival, officers found the boy with a gunshot wound to his arm. He was promptly taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

Investigators later determined that the shooting occurred on Gage Court, a different section of the apartment complex near Upstate and Crouse hospitals. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. The Syracuse Police Department is actively seeking information and encourages anyone with details to contact their Criminal Investigations Division at (315) 442-5222.
