JetBlue to Relaunch Direct Flights from Syracuse to Florida

JetBlue Stock Drops With Expected Flat Revenue And Higher Costs

JetBlue will relaunch direct flights from Syracuse Hancock International Airport to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport starting March 5, 2026. The flights will operate five times a week on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, departing Syracuse at approximately 12:25 p.m. and arriving in Fort Lauderdale at 3:35 p.m.

According to the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority, this move will provide central New York travelers with greater access to one of their top leisure destinations. SRAA Executive Director Jason Terreri highlighted the benefit of connecting travelers to other leisure markets like San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas via JetBlue.

JetBlue, known as New York’s Hometown Airline, is expanding its presence in Upstate New York, as stated by JetBlue's Vice President of Network Planning and Airport Partnerships, Dave Jehn. The airline currently offers nonstop service from Syracuse to Boston, New York City, and Orlando.

Flights are now available for booking on JetBlue's website, jetblue.com, where travelers can find the airline’s lowest fares and enjoy additional benefits.
