Syracuse's skyline will glow green and pink tonight as City Hall, Clinton Square, and the National Grid Niagara Mohawk Building light up to celebrate the arrival of the Broadway sensation 'Wicked' at the Landmark Theatre. The show, which offers a unique perspective on the Land of Oz, will run from tonight (December 3) until December 14.

'Wicked' tells the story of two young women in Oz, one with emerald-green skin and the other exceptionally popular. Their initial rivalry evolves into an unlikely friendship, challenging perceptions of good and wickedness. The show is recommended for audiences aged eight and up, and features onstage smoke effects and gunshot sound effects.

A limited number of tickets are still available for the 16 performances and can be purchased at landmarktheatre.org. The theater emphasizes that each attendee, regardless of age, must have their own ticket.
