In Oswego, a former DoorDash driver, Olivia Henderson, is facing legal trouble after allegedly recording a customer inside his home and sharing the video on social media. The incident occurred on October 12 when Henderson, 23, delivered food to the man's residence. According to the Oswego Police Department, the customer was found unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption. Henderson reportedly took the video from outside the home and posted it online, where it quickly gained attention.

During the investigation, Henderson claimed that the customer had sexually assaulted her. However, police determined that no assault occurred and noted that the man cooperated fully with the investigation. Henderson has been charged with felony charges and was released with an appearance ticket for a future court date in Oswego City Court.

The police are continuing their investigation and are working with the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office regarding prosecution. Henderson has been terminated from her position at DoorDash. For more details, visit KATV.
