Cicero, N.Y. - The man who died in a crash on I 481 in CiceroThursday night has been identified.
State Police say 67 year old David Cook of Syracuse was driving a van southbound on 481 when he attempted to take the Bear Road off ramp.
Troopers say vehicle left the shoulder of the road, overturned, and came to rest on the passenger side. Cook was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing.
