Kinney Drugs is now offering flu vaccinations at all its locations, even though it is still summer. The pharmacy chain announced on Thursday (July 31) that it has a plentiful supply of flu vaccines for individuals aged two to 64, as well as senior-dose vaccines for those over 65. The vaccines protect against the A(H1N1), A(H3N2), and B/Victoria lineage viruses.
In addition to flu shots, Kinney Drugs is preparing to offer COVID-19 vaccinations starting this month. Customers can receive their COVID-19 vaccine during the same appointment as their flu shot. The pharmacy also provides additional vaccinations for pneumonia, RSV, and shingles for those aged 50 and older.
