A three-year-old boy is recovering after being hit by a vehicle in Syracuse. The incident occurred near Park Street and Merz Avenue on Tuesday (July 15). The child was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
The driver involved in the accident remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. The Syracuse Police Department is conducting an ongoing investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
