Empower Federal Credit Union is offering a special opportunity for families to enjoy live music at the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview in Syracuse, New York. This summer, children 12 and under can attend three select concerts for free when accompanied by an adult with a paid lawn ticket. The concerts are scheduled for July 14, August 1, and August 28.
The lineup features popular artists such as Styx, Little Big Town, and the Tedeschi Trucks Band. According to an announcement from Syracuse.com, parents can redeem a free child ticket at the main gate on the day of the show. Each adult ticket allows for one free child admission, and parents should note that if they are bringing multiple children, they will need multiple paid tickets.
This initiative is part of the Kids in Free Concert Series, a collaboration between Empower Federal Credit Union and Live Nation. As reported by LocalSYR, the goal is to make concerts more accessible to families, providing a fun and affordable summer activity.
Lawn tickets for these concerts range from $30 to $50, with additional parking fees. However, attendees should be aware that outside lawn chairs are not permitted, though rentals will be available at the venue.
