Former President Barack Obama is set to visit Hamilton College in Clinton on Thursday (April 3) for an event titled "A Conversation With Barack Obama." Due to overwhelming demand, tickets for the event will be exclusively available to students, faculty, and staff, with none available to the general public. The event will take place in the Margaret Bundy Scott Field House as part of the Sacerdote Great Names Speaker Series.

Obama, who served as the 44th president of the United States from 2009 to 2017, is renowned for his message of hope and change. During his presidency, he implemented significant policies such as the Affordable Care Act and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. His administration also achieved milestones in foreign policy, including the operation that led to the death of Osama bin Laden and the signing of the Paris Climate Agreement.

The Sacerdote Series, which has previously featured notable speakers like Venus Williams, Tina Fey, and Neil deGrasse Tyson, will host Obama as he continues his post-presidency mission to inspire the next generation of leaders.
