Hamilton College in Clinton will conduct a test of its outdoor siren system on Saturday (January 25) at 11 a.m. The test will last between two and five minutes. This system is designed to alert individuals who are outdoors during emergencies and may not be easily reachable through other channels. According to WKTV, any activation of the siren outside of the scheduled test time should be considered a real emergency, and additional information will be provided on the college's website.

Residents in the Village of Clinton and Town of Kirkland are advised to be aware of the test. Hamilton College officials have provided more details about the siren system on their website. For further inquiries, individuals can contact Hamilton College Campus Safety at 315-859-4141.
