A 33-year-old man is recovering after being stabbed on East Fayette Street in Syracuse over the weekend. The incident occurred late Saturday night (December 21), and police responded to a call at 10:59 p.m. Upon arrival at the 1900 block of East Fayette Street, officers found the man with a stab wound to his shoulder. He was taken to Upstate Hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The victim's name has not been released. The Syracuse Police Department is actively investigating the case and urges anyone with information to contact their Criminal Investigations Division at (315) 442-5222. No arrests have been made yet according to Local SYR.
