A fatal accident occurred in Oswego County on Monday (December 2), and authorities believe wintry weather may have been a contributing factor. The victim, 66-year-old Theodore Grader of Phoenix, was driving a 2022 Subaru Forester southbound on County Route 57 near North Shore Road in Schroeppel when he lost control of his vehicle. The car veered off the road, went down an embankment, and overturned. Grader was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders. No other injuries were reported.

According to Lt.
