Mattydale, N.Y. - A Mattydale man has been arrested for sexual abuse of children.
State Police say 38 year old Jason Bissell, had sexual contact with 3 different underage children this year.
Troopers say he was charged on September 19th for sexually abused a 9 year old child.
On November 21st he was charged with Raping a 13-year-old back in July and sexually abusing a 10-year-old in August.
Bissell faces the following charges:
- Sex Abuse 1st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child for the 9-year-old victim in September
- 2 counts of Rape 2nd degree and (1) count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child for the 13-year-old victim in July
- Criminal Sex Act 1st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child for the 10-year-old victim in August
