Town of Sullivan, N.Y. - A Chittenango man has been arrested after a road rage incident:
State Police were called to a roll over crash on Fyler Road in the town of Sullivan. They learned that 54 year old Gary Moth, approached a vehicle, driving erratically and pointed what appeared to be a handgun at the occupants as he passed.
Moth then crashed into the victim’s vehicle causing him to lose control and roll over.
A search of Moth's vehicle found a replica Glock pellet handgun, and some meth.
He's facing several charges.
The victims did not know or have any relationship with Moth.
