Salina Man Arrested After Attacking and Holding A Woman Against Her Will

Cicero. N.Y. - A Salina man arrested for attacking and holding a woman against her will:

Just before noon Saturday Cicero Police were called to a home on Bear Springs Road for reports of a woman being physically abused.

Police say Alexander Reinhardt physically attacked a woman in the early morning hours, damaged the woman’s property, and held her against her will. The woman was able to escape.

When Reinhardt was arrested he had an illegal handgun, and a 15-round magazine.

He faces the following charges:

  • 1 Count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree - Felony
  • 1 Count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree - Felony
  • 1 Count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm - Felony
  • 1 Count of Aggravated Family Offense - Felony
  • 1 Count of Forcible Touching - Misdemeanor
  • 1 Count of Unlawful Imprisonment - Misdemeanor
  • 1 Count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (damage to property) - Misdemenor
  • 1 Count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (withholding access to contact 911) - Misdemeanor
  • 1 Count of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing Penal Law Section 121.11 Class A Misdemeanor
  • 1 Count of Menacing in the Third-Degree - Misdemeanor
  • 1 Count of Harassment in the Second Degree - Violation
