State Police Arrest Two Syracuse Men For Drug Possession On 81 In Cortland

Cortland, N.Y. - Two Syracuse men were arrested after a traffic stop on 81 in Cortland County.

State Police say Sunday night around 9, Troopers Pulled over 25 year old Kenneth Williams and 22 year old Kyrell Robinson because they had no tail lights on.

The two provided conflicting stories and during a search of their vehicle police found 110 bricks of heroin, weighing more than eight ounces, two containers of cannabis wax, about three ounces of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.

Both are charged with the following:

  • Class “A” felony of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the first degree
  • Class “B” felony of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree
  • Misdemeanor of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree
