Syracuse Police Arrest A 13-Year-Old In Syracuse's Latest Homicide

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in the shooting death Tuesday of 25 year old Mathew Freeman

Police say they have arrested a 13 year old and charged him with murder and gun charge. Freeman was shot around midnight outside the Taste of Brooklyn Sports Bar in the Valley Plaza. He died at the hospital.

Police didn't release any information about a possible motive.

The owner of the building that houses the South Salina Street bar says he is evicting the bar.

This was the second fatal shooting at that location in two months.
