Salina, N.Y. - A 31-year-old Salina man has been arrested for sexually abusing a 3-year-old:
Sean Carpenter of 647 Sunflower Drive was arrested Saturday for performing and receiving sexual acts from the child.
The abuse of the 3 year old took place at his home.
Carpenter is facing first-degree criminal sex act, first-degree sexual abuse, third-degree aggravated sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child charges.
He's currently in jail on $150,000 cash bail and $225,000 bail bond.
