Syracuse Man Arrested For Breaking Into An AT&T Store In Cortlandville

Syracuse, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a Syracuse man for break-ins in Cortlandville.

After several months of investigation Troopers arrested 59 year old Benny Curry.

Curry is accused of forcibly entering the AT&T store on Route 281 in the town of Cortlandville by smashing the front glass.

He allegedly entered the store and stole cash from the register.

Troopers didn't have to look far to find Curry, he was already in Oneida County Jail for an unrelated crime.

He's charged with Burglary in the third degree, a class “D” felony.
