Homeless Man In Custody After Altercation Leads To Death In Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in a homicide.

On Monday Night July 15th, around 7:30 officers found 62 year old Kevin Works inside Apartment #1 on Riverdale Drive suffering from apparent injuries from a sharp object. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say they now have 33 year old Peter Boehm, who is homeless, in custody and is charging him with Manslaughter and a weapons' charge.

Boehm turned himself in around 5:30 the next morning.
