Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police looking for the drive in a fatal hit and run.
Police say 35 year old Shane Jackson of Syracuse was hit in the 100 block of West Court Street Friday night around 9:30.
The vehicle drove away leaving Jackson on the street.
Jackson suffered a fractured leg and head injuries and died yesterday at the hospital.
Police ask anyone with information to contact them.
