Town of Mexico, N.Y. - State Police investigating an accident involving an Amish buggy in Oswego County
Sunday morning Troopers say 66 year old Charles Barnes of Oswego was driving on State Route 3 in the town of Mexico when he came upon a buggy traveling in the same direction. Barnes attempted to pass and seeing oncoming traffic pulled back in striking the rear of the buggy.
The two in the buggy 17 year old Ben Miller and 21 year old Emma Miller were hospitalized in critical condition.
