East Syracuse Man Arrested With Illegal Gun And High Capacity Magazines

East Syracuse, N.Y. - An East Syracuse man arrested with illegal weapons:

State Police say they arrested 40 year old Justin Mccombie of 405 Highland Avenue, East Syracuse after finding him in possession of an illegal assault rifle and several illegal high capacity magazines.

He's facing the following charges:

• One count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon (loaded) in the 2nd degree (class “C” felony)
• Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon (Ammo Clip) in the 3rd degree (class “D” felony)
• One count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm (class “E” felony)
• One count of County Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree (Ghost Gun) - (class “A” misdemeanor)
