Road Rage Incident Leads To Shots Fired

Dewitt, N.Y. - A road rage incident led to shots fired.

DeWitt Police say around 12:30 Tuesday, they and Syracuse Police responded to North Midler Ave and New Court Ave for shots fired.

Police say multiple vehicles were traveling eastbound on North Midler Ave after a dispute in the City of Syracuse.

A Jeep was shot at, with a bullet striking the rear of the vehicle and then rammed by another vehicle involved. The sole occupant of the Jeep was not shot, or injured. Shell casings and bullets were found in the roadway.
