Authorities say a family of seven lived at the home at 205 Carbon Street, and a family of six was visiting when, what some have indicated was a explosion, happened causing the house to collapse. They also believe a car found under the rubble, with a child inside that firefighters rescued did not crash into the home or cause the collapse. Craner said it was simply “in the wrong place at the wrong time.”
