Minoa Woman Arrested For Filing False Robbery Report

Minoa, N.Y. - Town of Manlius Police have arrested a person for falsely reporting a robbery.

On Monday May 27th, Police responded to a robbery call at a house on Unity Circle in the Village of Minoa. 26 year old Jaime Reynolds told officers she was assaulted and robbed by a man in her driveway.

She was treated for minor injuries, but during the investigation police became suspicious.

The following day investigators interviewed Reynolds again and she admitted she made it all up.

Reynolds was charged with the following:

• Falsely reporting an incident in the 3rd degree.

• Making a false written statement.
