Illegal Pot Store Owner Hit With $15.2 Million Dollar Judgement

Albany, N.Y. - State Attorney General Letitia James says the state has won a judgement against an illegal pot store owner:

The judgement was for $15.2 million dollars against the owner of seven unlicensed pot shops in Cayuga, Oswego, and Wayne counties. David Tulley, the owner of the pot stores, “I’m Stuck” and “Weed Warehouse,” operated without a license and allegedly sold to underage customers.

Two of his stores were in Auburn with one in Pulaski. Tulley was selling cannabis without a license since at least early 2022, before Office of Cannabis Management began issuing licenses.

He must pay 7 million for the illegal profits, and $8.2 million for illegal operation and ignoring notices to stop.

James said "This punishment should serve as a clear warning for all unlicensed cannabis stores in the state: we will enforce the law and shut down your operations.”
