UPDATE: Syracuse Police have arrested 22 year old Destany Widger and have charged her with second degree murder and possession of a weapon in regards to Martin's death. .
Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are now investigating what they have determined to be a homicide.
On Wednesday, March 20th around 4 officers responded to the 300 block of Basin Street and found the body of 32-year-old Jamar Martin. The death has been determined suspicious in nature, and is being investigated as a homicide.
