Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police investigating a fatal shooting in Syracuse Wednesday night.
Officers were called to 304 Court street around 6pm.
They found 35 year old Andre Marshall shot in the groin. He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say Marshall was in a fight before police arrived and accidentally shot himself in the groin.
The gun was recovered and the investigation is ongoing but no charges have been filed at this time
