Oswego, N.Y. - An Oswego county man arrested for sexually abusing a child
Back on March 1st Oswego County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 71 year old Randall Arroway, of Hastings and charged him with 2 counts of Sexual Abuse, 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and 1 count of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors.
Mr. Arroway is accused of having sexual contact with children under the age of eleven in the Town of Hannibal in 2023.
He's in Oswego County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash or $250,000 bond.
