Liverpool, N.Y. - A Liverpool School teacher has been arrested.
Onondaga County Sheriffs office says 47year old Melissa Harrington is charged with Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person. The arrest is a result of an investigation that started in December in which Harrington is accused of kicking a 5-year-old child.
Harrington was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Clay Court on March 26th.
