Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sherriff's Detectives looking for a man with a warrant found a lot more and may have saved the life of a child.
Tuesday February 20th, Deputies executed a warrant for 28 year old Julian Muolo at an apartment on Ivy Ridge Road in Syracuse.
They found his 1 and half year old daughter in his bedroom and a 9mm ghost gun on the floor on top of the child's iPad along with fentanyl on the floor. Muolo was hiding in the bedroom closet along with a ghost AR15. Detectives found 3 more guns, including a sawed off 22, 3- 30 round magazines, some Molly, cocaine, over 7300 bags of fentanyl, morphine, methadone, and other drugs for addiction and anxiety along with over $65,000 in cash. Muolo and his girlfriend 28 year old Shianna Washington face several gun and drugs charges. Muolo is on parole for a robbery in New Jersey.
Below is the list of everything Detectives found and the charges both face:
- 1 ghost AR15 rifle
- 2- 9mm ghost handguns
- 1- Glock 43 9mm handgun
- 3- 30 round high capacity 9mm magazines
- 1- sawed off .22cal rifle
- Appx 3.5 kilograms of dimethypentylone (aka molly)
- 7,327 bags of fentanyl
- 3gm cocaine
- An amount of morphine, suboxone, alprazolam, methadone
- Over $65,000 US currency.
Julian Muolo and Shianna Washington were arraigned on the following:
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (11cts)
- Criminal Possession of a Firearm (5cts)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (5cts)
- Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd (2cts).
Both are currently lodged at the Justice Center without bail.
