Town of Clay, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriffs investigating a fatal stabbing early Friday morning in Clay.
Sheriffs say the 911 call came in around 1am as a shooting in an Apartment in Kimbrook Manor on Theodolite Drive.
When Deputies arrived they found 32 year old Brady Tyo stabbed to death.
Another Deputy responding to the call saw 31 year old Quentin Piquet running from a closed gas station across the street.
He was detained and ultimately arrested and charged with second degree murder and a weapons charge.
Sheriff Toby Shelley says they believe a disagreement lead to the stabbing.
