Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting in December.
On December 12th, Officers responded to shot fired call in the area of Cheney Street.
Nearby they found 15-year-old Karon Works near Lower Onondaga Park, shot multiple times. He died at the hospital.
Police have now charged a 16 year old in the death.
The teen was already in Hillbrook Detention Center on unrelated charges.
The 16-year-old has been arraigned for the murder and remains at Hillbrook
