Oswego, N.Y. - The mother of a teen who died from neglect has been sentenced for his death:
Lisa Waldron of Palermo will serve 20 years in prison for the death of her son, 17 year old Jordan Brooks.
Waldron had pled guilty to first-degree assault and second-degree manslaughter.
Her son, who had cerebral palsy, weighed only 55 pounds, had bed sores all over his body and was suffering from an infection when he died.
Waldron was recently sentenced to 2 years, and pay $13,000 in restitution after she admitted receiving nearly $6,000 in social security payments after Jordan died.
