Town of Alexandria, N.Y. - A horrific tragedy in Jefferson County yesterday.
Around 2 a pickup being driven by 26 year old Charlene Kring of Lafargeville was traveling on County Route 2 in the Town of Alexandria, when it slammed into the rear of an Amish buggy with 4 children and 2 adults on board.
A 1-year-old was dead at the scene, a 3-year-old later died at the hospital.
The other 4 victims are at SUNY Upstate with serious conditions.
The investigation is continuing and no charges have been filed so far.
