Camillus, N.Y. - A Camillus man has been arrested for having child pornography
53 year old Raymond Spittler was arrested and charged with several counts of promoting and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
An investigation of child pornography being transmitted over the internet led State Troopers to search Spittler's home where they allegedly found the phonography.
The charges are as follows:
(5) counts of Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “D” felony.
(5) counts of Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
