Palermo, N.Y. - A Palermo Man was arraigned last night for raping a teenager at a high school graduation party he was hosting on Saturday:
Oswego County Sheriff's Deputies say Thomas McCord supplied minors at the party, including the 16-year-old girl, with alcohol and marijuana. Investigators say he then raped the girl in the early morning hours of Sunday.
McCord is the boyfriend of the mother of one of the graduates.
He was released on an appearance ticket.
