Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police make a big bust after getting a tip.
Late last week, Detectives were told about a person who may have illegal drugs and a handgun.
The tip lead them to 40 year old Raymond Rivera.
When police tired to conduct a traffic stop, Rivera took them on a dangerous high speed chase during which he lost two tires.
Finally he was taken into custody.
When Police searched his vehicle they found a handgun, 3 cell phones, duffle bag with over 19,000 doses of heroin packaged, cocaine packaged, and over 800 dollars in cash.
He faces a slew of charges
