Clay, N.Y. - Police have a man in custody in a fatal hit and run in Clay.
Deputies say 22 year old Madison Faltisco of Liverpool was walking on the side of Route 57 in Clay last night when she was struck and killed. She laid on the side of the road for hours according to authorities.
Video evidence of the accident, that happened between Whetzel and Rosewood Place, led police to a man who they believe was the driver.
His identity has yet to be released.
Police say the suspect is in the hospital with injuries he suffered in a crash that happened after the hit and run.
