Syracuse, N.Y. - A man is dead and 3 others recovering after a shooting last night at a Memorial Day Party on Bellevue Avenue in Syracuse.
Syracuse Police say 44 year old Desmond Jones has died after he was shot in the chest.
A 34-year-old man was grazed in the head by a bullet and a A 42-year-old woman and 44-year-old man were shot in the legs.
Syracuse Police continue to investigate.
