Hannibal, N.Y - A mans arrested after he fought with arresting officers.
A State Trooper and an Oswego County Deputy responded to a domestic call on Harris Hill road in Hannibal after a dad called saying his 41 year old son, James Stevens Jr. was acting erratic, punching holes in his closet walls and grabbing his male genitalia over his clothing.
Stevens fought as he was being arrested punching both the Trooper and Deputy and then grabbing and using the Deputy's taser on both.
Finally he was subdued and now faces multiple charges.
Both the Deputy and Trooper suffered minor injuries.
Stevens faces the following charges:
- Assault 2nd degree, class “D” felony
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree, class “D” felony
- Menacing 2nd degree, class “A” misdemeanor
- Criminal Mischief 4th degree, class “A” misdemeanor
- Resisting Arrest, class “A” misdemeanor
- Sexual Abuse 3rd degree, class “B” misdemeanor
